By accessing our site and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
1. Rental Agreement
When you rent a vehicle from Amani Miami, a separate rental agreement will be signed, detailing the terms and conditions specific to your rental. This agreement will outline the rental period, fees, insurance requirements, and other important information.
2. Age and Eligibility Requirements
To rent a vehicle from Amani Miami, you must meet the following requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age (some vehicles may require a minimum age of 25).
Hold a valid driver’s license for the duration of the rental period.
Provide a valid credit card for payment and a security deposit.
3. Payment and Fees
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments can be made using a major credit card or other approved payment methods. Additional fees may apply for:
Late returns: Fees will be charged based on the duration of the late rental.
Insurance: Rental insurance is mandatory. You may purchase optional additional coverage at the time of booking.
Fuel: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. Failure to do so may result in additional fuel charges.
Cleaning fees: Excessive dirt, stains, or damage to the vehicle may result in additional cleaning charges.
4. Vehicle Use and Restrictions
Authorized Drivers: Only individuals named in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle. Additional drivers must be pre-approved and added to the agreement.
Usage Restrictions: The vehicle may not be used for any illegal activities, racing, off-road driving, or any purpose other than normal use on public roads.
Geographic Restrictions: The vehicle may not be driven outside of South Florida unless prior written approval is obtained from Amani Miami.
5. Insurance and Liability
Mandatory Insurance: Basic rental insurance coverage is included in the rental price. You can opt for additional coverage at the time of booking.
Liability: You are responsible for any damages to the vehicle, loss, theft, or third-party claims that occur during your rental period, excluding those covered under the insurance policy.
Damage Waiver: A Damage Waiver can be purchased to reduce liability for damages under certain conditions. Please refer to the rental agreement for more details.
6. Delivery and Pickup
Amani Miami provides complimentary airport pickup and vehicle delivery services. However, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for out-of-area deliveries or pickups. These fees will be outlined at the time of booking.
7. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of the rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental cost.
Modifications: Any changes to the booking (e.g., vehicle selection, rental dates) must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability and additional fees.
8. Vehicle Condition and Inspection
At the time of rental, the vehicle will be inspected and documented for any existing damage. Upon return, a thorough inspection will be conducted. If any new damage is found, you will be responsible for the repair costs.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amani Miami, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, loss, damage, or injury incurred while using our vehicles, services, or website. This includes damages to third parties or property.
10. Website Usage
Intellectual Property: All content on the Amani Miami website, including logos, images, text, and videos, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate, Amani Miami does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Amani Miami reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
